RouteMate was born from a simple frustration: spending more time planning routes than actually delivering. We experienced firsthand how much time is lost typing addresses, guessing stop order, and backtracking across service areas.
We tried the route planners already on the market. Some were too basic, others were expensive and overbuilt, and none of them handled label scanning or the real-world messiness of last-mile delivery well.
So we built RouteMate: a platform that combines the power of maps, AI-powered address extraction, and practical route optimization in a product designed for real delivery work.
